Common/Industry Utility out of Konstru

Hello Everyone

I am wondering what are beta users out there, or Konstru developers see as main (and unbaked) utilities that are achievable by using Konstru?

From my interaction so far, and running a few test models through the platform (Strictly between Robot, Revit & Excel), I have mainly just used it to accurately change things like floor elevations, and bulk changes of a variety of structural elements (Mainly beams or columns that are typical in size).

Tasks which could be taken care of by various extensions or apps available in the market place, but really interesting and fun to visualize and change via the Konstru app-browser-app interaction

I am wondering what other "power uses" are achievable or being tested by others before getting too comfortable running more important or complex tasks on models with higher stake in my day-2-day work

  Hi Hazim,

  Apologies for the very delayed response. Besides the version control and change report features that you touch upon, I would sat that some of the big advantages of Konstru are:

  1. The ability to customize exactly which element properties should be updated/ exchanged in a model translation, using Konstru filters.
  2. The ability to prepare models for analysis, using the Repair feature.
  3. The ability to compare two disparate models, and to then transfer select changes from one model into the second one.
