Konstru now supports GeoElements to send any kind of geometry with attributes between Grasshopper, Dynamo, Excel and Revit. GeoElements are accepting Curves, NurbsSurfaces or Meshes as an input where Curves can be Lines, Arcs, Splines, Polylines or Curve Loops.

Just Plug your Geometry into the Geometry port (GH or Dynamo), specify optional Attributes and send it like any other element to Konstru. Once uploaded you can see your geometry online:
